How do I take 40+ Total?

Menopause Essentials: Take 1 capsule daily, with food.

The Daily: Take 2 capsules once a day, with food.

Urinary Tract Cleanse: Take one capsule every 12 hours while experiencing discomfort, then continue with one daily for at least 2-3 months as prevention. It can be taken with or without food.

Based on our clinical trial, some participants experienced symptom relief within the first few weeks, with significant improvement typically seen between 2-3 months. However, with all supplements, the more consistently you take them, the more robust results you will see.

Can I take Semaine with other medication?
